My friends and I came here for my graduation trip, and the place is awesome! It was everything as described. We absolutely loved the king-size bed and the dining table, where rounds and rounds of board games happened. It's pretty close to White Rock Lake, so the evening is a perfect time to take a breezy, bird-watching walk. Johana and Josue were super friendly and responsive. If we ever return to the area, we won't hesitate to stay here again!

The place was small but the space very well used! We were able to have our son and his wife over very comfortably to play games and cook out once we put the sofa bed away and made it a sofa. The fire pit was fun too with the marshmallow skewers perfect for the role they played for s’mores. The property is beautiful! With the cottage far enough away and the porch facing the fire pit and forest, it doesn’t feel much like a guest house. Miriam and Josue were extremely responsive and helpful! Thanks for the great stay! We hope to be back!

Absolutely amazing stay! The guest house was so comfortable and cozy. I loved the kitchen and bathroom. As someone who is in real estate, I can appreciate quality amenities and the design of this space was beautiful and functional. Everything you need and only 15 minutes from DFW airport, which was perfect for my early flight. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Juan's place was the perfect getaway for my family and I. the pool was clean and the backyard was huge! Enough room for the kids to run around. The covered patio was wonderful. We had our dinner out there while watching TV. The game room was a hit with the kids. They enjoyed playing the arcade games and foosball table. We WILL be returning soon!

Great country living, had a good time staying here while working in near by. It was a group of 3 of us, we made it work, would be best for a couple with two younger children or just a couple. Wonderful surroundings!

It was a nice quiet stay. I had a lot of work to catch up on, and I wanted something more quiet than a hotel. Perfect for a couple for the weekend or if you're by yourself. I'll be back next year.

Finding this place was the best thing that could have happened to us. In town for a funeral, and this place made us feel like a family again. 5 stars and would definitely stay again.

Miriam and her co-host were quite gracious and kind before I even arrived. A thoughtful “Thank you” card, with my name on it greeted me upon my arrival, along with snacks and drinks. They were proactive with in making sure I didn’t need anything during my stay. I left my Apple Watch ⌚️ 🤦🏽‍♀️ and they are shipping it to me! AMAZING! Very honest people! I will be booking with them, again!

We stayed here for a wedding weekend with our family. plenty of space in the living room and kitchen for socializing. I wish there had been more pillows and blankets.

What a beautiful and peaceful place!!!! Extremely clean and the decorative decor made for such a comfortable space. Felt very safe as well. Really appreciate how fast and responsive host acted when we had any questions! Excellent Excellent Excellent 🤩
