The guest house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedroom includes a queen-size bed with ample closet space and a smart TV. The living room has a large smart TV. Extra single bed available upon request. The open kitchen space is equipped with all the essentials you need for your stay including a fridge, microwave, an electric stovetop and a coffee maker. Yes, we do include the coffee and sugar! Set your laptop up on the large dining table and connect to our fast wifi. The bathroom includes a walk in shower with sliding glass doors. Washer and dryer is included with your stay. Enjoy the views of the backyard with your own private patio. High speed internet included!
House Rules
No smoking, a $450 smoking fee will be charged. The cleaning fee is used to cover a basic cleaning and the amenities used by the guest. Guests must pick up after themselves before checking out. Leaving the home in a messy state may incur additional charges.
