Sleeping arrangements include a queen sofa bed and convertible seating, ideal for guests who value simplicity and comfort over traditional bedroom layouts. Step outside to your private seating area, where curtains provide added seclusion and the firepit creates a perfect setting for slow evenings. While the guesthouse sits on our property, your space is fully separate and intentionally designed to feel like your own retreat. This space is a great fit for: • Couples or solo guests seeking a quiet, nature-forward stay • Relaxed evenings This space may not be ideal for: • Guests expecting a traditional multi-room home • Those seeking full isolation from neighboring structures

To preserve the peaceful environment: • No smoking in the guesthouse • Pets are welcome with care and supervision - Smoking is not allowed inside the guesthouse, $450 fee for breaking this rule. - No parties or large gatherings unless approved by host. - Please make sure pets stay off beds and furniture. If excess pet hair is found on furniture or bed linen then an EXTRA cleaning fee may apply. Pets must not be left unattended and in a kennel when you are sleeping or not in the home. If you need a crate, one can be provided upon request. - Check out is at 10AM unless a late check out is approved by host, late check out fees may apply. - Cleaning fee covers basic cleaning, any extra cleaning may result in extra fees. Please leave the home in the same condition you found it if not better. We are currently offering introductory portfolio pricing for our first three approved private events at Ember & Oak. The discounted event fee starts at $500 for small gatherings and includes use of our tables, chairs, tablecloths, chair covers, and basic centerpieces. Catering, photography, additional décor, and lodging are separate. All events require prior approval, a signed event agreement, cleaning/reset fee, and refundable damage deposit.
